Phumula Nathi will provide you with a relaxing venue away from the hustle and outside of the city. Phumula Nathi is renowned for its friendly and helpful staff, good food and tranquil setting.
Our facilities include the Lotus Hall, Restaurant, Gazebo, Gym and ample accommodation to suit your budget.
We have a total number of 20 Executive Rooms within the Motel and 18 Self-Catering Units available.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The hall can accommodate between 100 and 500 guests

BAR DETAILS
- A cash bar is available to your guests up to 24h00
- An open bar can be arranged on special request (full payment prior to the wedding)
- Drinks to be supplied by the bar are to be discussed with the Manager on duty
- Please note that all beverage prices are subject to increase without prior notice
- No self-supplied alcohol or beverages will be allowed – only champagne or wine that we supply may be supplied at an additional corkage fee of R35 per bottle (750ml)

MENU (If Phumula Nathi Motel is doing the catering)
- Children under 6 years old get a 75% discount
- Children between 6 and 12 years get 50% discount
- Dietary requirement or allergies need to be arranged in advance
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Phumula Nathi has a NO SMOKING policy. There are outside areas for smokers
- Phumula Nathi Motel will accept responsibility for any privately rented items and additional décor items. Items will be the FULL responsibility of the bridal couple in case of damage or loss, the bridal party will be kept responsible for the full cost.
- All prices are subject to increase without prior notice
- Right of admission is reserved
- Phumula Nathi Motel/Lotus Hall Venues are used at own risk
- The staff and Management at Phumula Nathi Motel take no responsibility for the loss of any person’s/personal belonging or for any injuries
APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS
We recommend that the bridal party come for a site visit before making the final booking.
Please contact reception or manager to arrange a date for the site visit.
Bookings can only be secured on receipt of the venue hire deposit and signed contract, we regret, unfortunately no cheques are accepted.
